Saw RotK with Chris. I was concerned it would feel like a really long movie and it did, in places. Other sections whizzed by. I'm to see it at least once or twice more, so that'll be the test.

Got a new Palm (Tungsten E) to replace the IIIE I've had since Boyfriend 2000 (aka James, to whose dessert party I'll be going tomorrow). I hadn't synched the old one in a while and got errors when trying to on Tuesday. Grrr. Try again either tonight or over the weekend.

The Queer Eye holiday reunion show was so funny (videotaped it from Tuesday)! Jai was okay as the MC, but seeing the updates of the four straight guys was the best part. The return of John's squiggly mirrors! Will watch it again tonight.

Had a phone conversation today with Cindy McQuillin and she mentioned her mother passed away a couple of weeks ago. Her mother had been at the brink on numerous occasions in the past and recovered, but this time it was apparently unexpected. Cindy seemed to be doing okay, all things considered. Sigh.
